Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
- We will not Provide Refunds.
- Refunds are Provided only upon manufacturing defaults.
- We are glad to exchange our products within 3 business days from the date of purchase. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for to & from freight charges in order to exchange the products. ( PLEASE NOTE: FOR EXCHANGING THE PRODUCTS IT WILL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY IN STOCK )
- We need proof of purchase such as a Payment receipt OR a Bank transaction to provide a refund or exchange.
- It is our store policy to process a refund to the same card that was used for the original sale.
- We don’t provide any warranty on our products.
- It is your responsibility to make sure the purchased products are safely and securely hung on your walls.
- Returning or Exchanging products must be as per the original packaging. Failure to do that the products are strictly unacceptable for return or exchange.
